Nannette Plascencia is an American Amazon warehouse worker and labor organizer who has worked at the company's ONT8 fulfillment center in Moreno Valley, California since 2015. She founded United4Change ONT8 during the COVID-19 pandemic to advocate for better wages and working conditions, and later led the facility's effort to organize with the Amazon Labor Union — a campaign separate from, though inspired by, the ALU's founding victory at Staten Island's JFK8 warehouse.
