Michael Aguilar is an American labor organizer who was recruited to the Amazon Labor Union's founding campaign by fellow organizer Madeline Wesley while tabling outside the JFK8 warehouse in Staten Island. He became part of the union's core organizing team during its 2022 campaign, credited by fellow organizers with helping build cross-departmental support among warehouse workers ahead of the union's historic election victory.
