Julian Mitchell-Israel is an American labor organizer who worked at Amazon's LDJ5 sort facility in Staten Island and was among the young "salts" who joined the Amazon Labor Union's organizing campaign specifically to build the union from within. He played a visible role in the union's landmark April 2022 election victory at the neighboring JFK8 warehouse and later led organizing efforts for the union's unsuccessful campaign at LDJ5 itself.
