Manuela Díaz Forero
“La Dolce Vita” brings back good memories for Manuela Díaz from where she learned her art.
At the age of 15, her beginnings occurred at Otto e Mezzo Estudio 8½ with the Dramatic Art Course, the Susuki method being the great basis of this training. She starred and co-starred in 9 theatrical productions, between 2008 and 2012, participating in the three seasons of ITALIA, among the most notable along with Historias de Amor Para Los Muertos, Una Cena en Casa Seria and Temple de Acero. In 2013 he was part of the play El Tren De la Memoria under the direction of Phillip Legler. In 2011 she studied Cinema and Aesthetics categories at the National University, thus strengthening her interest in the seventh art. Her training has been constant and focused on acting for the camera; she completed training studies with Fagua Casting. And in theater, she studied Clown and Michael Chekhov techniques. She also has experience in television and is training in Dubbing.
Her time in the audiovisual industry includes participation in notable productions such as the Franco-Colombian film VERS LA BATAILLE by Aurélien Vernhes in 2019, screened at festivals in Asia, North America and Europe. In 2016 she played Catalina in the short film La Belleza directed by Laura Mora and Co-produced by FAMU International Prague.
Actress Manuela Díaz, born in Bogotá, moves into the world of streaming, winning the call for the LGBTI Transmedia series Casa de Muñecas. Then in 2013 she joined the cast of En Rent Web Series, awarded best comedy series at the Baja Web Fest in Tijuana Mexico. She was chosen by Suricata Films as host of PUNTO D. She is currently the host and Co-creator of Pink Lemonade Show, a digital content producer with inclusive themes seen internationally via streaming.
