He found a sport that combines martial arts and gymnastics, it is called tricking. He used to train a lot by himself, but after he went to San Jose, California in 2008 where he met one of the best trickers out there, he started to train with Guillermo 'KJER' Bongers (team StreetTrickz). Since then he has progressed his skills, while learning from the best. Tricking put him in touch with many different people, from stunt performers to actors and a lot people alike. These people helped him get in to the film industry.
That is how he came in contact with stunt team Hammy de Beukelaer. After training with this amazing stunt team he got the opportunity to do this line of work at the age of 22. Stunt team Hammy de Beukelaer is the best Dutch stunt team there is. They provide national and international stunts of the highest level, with over 50 years of combined expertise in this industry lead by Willem de Beukelaer and Marco Maas. Nick still works closely with stunt team Hammy de Beukelaer. With their support he is still is growing in the stunt industry.
