2 brothers Mek and Mok are conscripted alongside local bully Prao. When a virus is unleashed, the soldiers are betrayed by their commanders and trapped on the peninsula by hordes of undead Japanese soldiers. Mok abandons Mek but is then infected and returns to save his brother in an act of redemption. The villagers and conscripts mount a suicide mission to destroy the only passage to the mainland. Prao blows the bridge, leaving Mok behind; half-man, half-zombie, the hunter of the undead.
