Two mischievous youngsters liven up their home with paint and pranks, starting by defacing grandmother’s portrait with a mustache. In the garden, they paint visitors' hatbands, transform the baby, and trap their kissing sister and her boyfriend with sticky fly-paper. After ruining dinner by putting frogs in the soup, they are caught. They escape to terrify the maid with a fire, but are ultimately caught and soundly thrashed.
